Where Is Waldo
In case you are wondering who Waldo is, then you’re not the first person. Waldo is a character known for its distinctive wardrobe of white and red striped shirt with blue jeans, glasses, and his red and white bobbled hat which comes under the published title of a puzzle book – “Where’s Wally” in the U.K., also known as “Where’s Waldo” in the U.S. and Canada. This character was created by English Illustrator Martin Handford.

April Fool’s Waldo
With April Fools’ Day today, Google has come out with this new feature – Find Wally or Waldo with the help of Google Maps app on Android or iOS, or use the desktop browser. The task is simple, you just need to find Waldo in each level in Google Maps.
You just have to open Google Maps and you will find Waldo in the corner, click on him and he will direct you to various maps to find him. The game is not easy as the level builds up.
I found myself lost in Surfer’s Paradise Beach, Australia. But that’s okay for me. A lot of kids love playing glued to this game. However, if it’s too late for you to find out about this game then don’t be upset because this game is there for the whole week. The game is interactive and fun. You can’t help but feel some childhood nostalgia looking for the much loved Waldo (that is, if you know who Waldo is)
This is the second time that Google has integrated Map with a beloved brand. In early March, Google has come out with Nintendo’s Mario.
This is a wonderful example or a tactic which Google uses to remarket with its customers and make them loyal to Google apart from other search engine giants. We could use this same strategy for our own business in the future.
